Lisa joined Motability Foundation in 2013 and is Director of Charitable Operations.
Lisa is responsible for the charities grant programmes and grant-making teams.
Before joining Motability Foundation, Lisa worked for Motability Operations, this has given her the experience of working for both organisations and can see the value they both deliver.
“We are the front facing part of the charity. My teams speak to our beneficiaries on a daily basis to discuss their application for a grant – whether that be disabled people who use the Motability Scheme or organisations who use our grants to better serve their communities. I hear and see the impact of the work carried out by Charitable Operations; the thank you notes and feedback from beneficiaries saying what a difference we have made to their lives by awarding them a grant, listening to their situation, offering advice and guidance to improve the lives of others– I simply have the best job in the world."
