Grants Enquiry Advisor

Role: Grants Enquiry Advisor

Salary: £23k

Responsible for answering and resolving multi-channel contact and taking ownership for delivering a high quality service to our disabled beneficiaries. Working within a fast paced environment, dealing with a wide range of enquiries regarding grant-making and our charitable activities.

Partnerships Manager

Role: Partnerships Manager 

Our Partnerships Manager will support the Charity's Head of Innovation to identify key stakeholders, develop and implement a strategy for engagement, maintain connections, and build these into effective working partnerships. You will drive a focus on partnerships that work towards greater social impact, rather than for funding or commercial opportunities. You will work collaboratively and constantly with contacts in the not-for-profit, public and commercial sectors, sharing learning and building relationships. Your work will help to ensure that Motability is able to use its charitable resources to best effect to improve the lives of disabled people. This is role is for a 12 to 18 month period.

Innovation Executive 

Role: Innovation Executive

Salary range: £30k to £35k  

At a time of growth and of new opportunities for the charity, we want to make faster progress to realise our vision. We know that for those whose needs it meets, the Scheme has a positive impact and offers good value for money. We are also researching different solutions to support disabled people further. This is an exciting opportunity to support developing and implementing those solutions.

The Innovation Executive is an exciting opening to support developing and implementing those solutions. You will support the charity’s Innovation Managers to implement a range of already-defined projects in exciting and innovative spaces, such as expanding and improving community transport provision and developing thinking on possible routes forwards. Change Management Analyst, Maternity Cover

Role: Change Management Analyst, Maternity Cover

The Change Management Analyst is the primary point of contact for Motability’s change management processes, and you will be responsible for assisting Project Owners and Project Managers throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. This is a Maternity Cover contract for 12 months and will suit someone with strong Excel skills who is experienced in the change management process. Resource and Reporting Analyst

Role: Resource and Reporting Analyst

Salary range: £25k to £28k

Our Resource and Reporting Analysts are integral to the running of our Charitable Operations department. We are looking for someone with strong Excel skills, who is comfortable with working with large sets of data and analysis. As well as experienced with working in a contact centre environment, you will be responsible for partnering with numerous team managers, providing real-time analysis of call data, creating various reports and advising on resourcing. Marketing Manager, External Communications

Role: Marketing Manager, External Communications

Salary range: £45k to £50k 

The Communications team at Motability are busy! We are currently looking for a strong Marketing Manager with a focus on external communications; the role provides plenty of challenges, projects and oversight of the external marketing activity, whilst managing a team of two. Operations Manager

Role: Operations Manager

Salary range: £45k to £50k

Are you a systems focused Operations Manager with contact centre experience? We are interested in hearing from you!
This role ensures the effective day-to-day management of workloads, achievement of performance and service targets by our Charitable Operations’ Teams, and ensures we have the contact centre systems we need to deliver a high-quality service. The role manages four direct reports with a large team underneath. We have a number of exciting projects to get involved with, working closely with project managers and IT as well as initiating improvements within our Charitable Operations team.
