Management Accountant, Programmes

Salary range: £55k - £65k

An amazing opportunity to help transform disabled people’s lives. Motability is a major grant-making charity, supporting disabled people with transportation needs. We are planning a substantial uplift in our activity and want to make the most of every pound we spend. Can you support us to answer the following questions:

  • What is the best way to financially quantify the soft-benefits we help our beneficiaries create?
  • What is the marginal cost of the incremental benefit that our programmes are bringing to disabled individuals’ lives?
  • Does an organisation’s application make financial sense and does its control environment appear effective?
  • Is the grant-holding organisation’s evidence of expenditure robust?
  • What is the budget forecast and cash-flow outlook for our programmes?

You will be a commercially minded analyst / management accountant able to effectively partner with our innovation, evaluation and grant-making teams to secure maximum benefit from our grants to organisations. You must have the interest and intellect to contribute to the soft analysis of outputs, outcomes and impact vs the hard financial inputs.
