Jackie Driver FRSA OBE

Jackie Driver FRSA OBE has extensive experience in dismantling systemic discrimination and creating successful processes for monitoring and measuring advances in social justice.

She was awarded an OBE in the 2021 Queens birthday honours list for her exceptional contribution towards equality, diversity and inclusion.

Jackie worked for many years as a Director at the Equality and Human Rights Commission, and is currently Associate Director for Equality and Inclusion at Greater Manchester Integrated Care.

She was recognised as one of Manchester’s Strong Women in 2019 and has also been recognised as one of the most influential disabled people in the public sector in the Shaw Trust's Disability Power List.

Jackie Chairs Sign Health, a national deaf-led organisation dedicated to making sure deaf people get the same access as hearing people to healthcare and health information.

In 2019, the Board of this organisation won the Charity Governance Award for Board Diversity and Inclusivity.

Jackie also sits on the advisory board at Result, a community interest company which works with people who are marginalised or excluded from mainstream society, with a focus on migrants, refugees and asylum seekers.

As well as working with directors, managers and chief executives who need support to bring about positive change and inclusive leadership.
