Philip Coates joined Motability Foundation as Chief Investment Officer in 2021.
Philip’s role involves working with the Board of Governors, Investment Committee and CEO to oversee Motability Foundation and Motability Endowment Trust’s financial investments, which are in turn used to support beneficiaries.
Before joining Motability Foundation, he was Chief Investment Officer of The Atlantic Philanthropies where he worked for 18 years.
He has previously been an advisor to a number of other foundations and endowments.
