Motability Foundation awarded highest Investors in People accreditation

Monday, 27 November 2023

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the platinum accreditation by Investors in People (IIP).

Highest recognition

IIP have assessed and accredited over 50,000 organisations from all types of industries.

The ‘We invest in people’ accreditation is recognised in 66 countries around the globe and is assessed using a framework that concentrates on three key areas: Leading, Supporting and Improving.

IIP Platinum accreditation is the highest recognition that an organisation can achieve against the IIP standard and is currently held by only a small number of IIP accredited organisations globally.

“We have strong values… they underpin everything we do”

Stuart Walsh, Head of HR at Motability Foundation said: “This is an amazing achievement for the Motability Foundation, and a proud moment.

“Our commitment to our employees and being an exemplar workplace is of top importance to us.

“As an organisation, we have strong values: Collaborative; Respectful and Evolving, and they underpin everything we do and how we work together as colleagues as well as how we work with our beneficiaries.

“Attracting the right people to help us achieve our vision, and providing a workplace that supports as well as develops individuals, are just some of the many things that have helped us to gain this important accreditation.

“The commitment and dedication of all the workforce has been paramount in achieving this special award.”
